During my professional career, I have worked as an academic teacher and lecturer at Notre Dame College (UK), Sultan Qaboos University, German University of Technology, and Al Musanna College of Technology (Oman), as well as Murray State University (USA). In addition to teaching, I have held managerial roles, including English and IELTS Curriculum Coordinator and Head of Studies, where I oversaw programme design and delivery.
I have extensive experience teaching English across different levels (from A0 to C2), working with diverse age groups in international and multilingual environments. My areas of expertise include General English and English for Specific, Vocational and Academic Purposes (e.g. Technical English, English for Business and Economics, English for Engineering, English for Medicine, problem- and project-based learning, and soft skills). I also prepare students for major international examinations, including KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE, and IELTS.
I combine a deep knowledge of current methodologies and resources in English teaching with strong digital competence, using a range of computer- and online-based tools to ensure lessons are engaging, interactive and effective.
